Dwayne has been the lead pastor at Wellspring Church since 2007. He started the church in Charlotte, North Carolina. He also serves as the pastoral director with the Acts 29 Network. Dwayne In addition to being a pastor, is also passionate about training up the future generation. He serves an active member of the board of directors for the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is the writer of numerous online publications as well as co-author on Christ Centered biblical counseling: changing lives through God's eternal Word (eds. Kelleman and Viars). Dwayne as well as his wife Leslie have three children.
