Audrey Tautou
Audrey Tautou, the oldest of four siblings was born on 8 August 1976 in Beaumont Puy-de-Domme. Her parents a dental surgeon and teacher recognized and encouraged her passion for theatre and drama from a young age which was more important than a desire to become a primatologist due to her passion for monkeys. Her meteoric rise as a young actress was swift and marked by early success. After her graduation in 1998, she participated in an French program for scouting talent on TV called Jeunes Premiers which was sponsored by Canal+ and won Best Young Actress at the Beziers Festival of Young Actors prior to launching acting professionally. Tautou was born into the context of a Catholic home, and was a member of the her church even though she attended school within the Institut Catholique de Paris. Alongside her acting career she is also pursuing modeling. She was the model of L'Oreal Mont Blanc, Chanel and was dubbed "The Chanel Muse". Apart from her acting career, she has an interest in photography. The actress recently showed some of her photographs during Arles Film Festival. Arles Film Festival with the title Superficial. Her work is focused on celebrities in addition to fame.
