Zazie Olivia Beetz was born on January 1, 2001 in Berlin. Her father is an German cabinet maker, who immigrated into the United States in 1990 after the collapse of the Berlin Wall, and her mother is a South African-American social worker who hails from New York. Jennifer Aniston is also a former student of the same high school. After completing her studies at LaGuardia, Beetz went on to study French in Skidmore College. When she graduated from the college Beetz began to audition immediately and was offered the role as Van at Atlanta. Beetz was born to an German father as well as an African American mom from Berlin and was born by her parents in New York and spoke German as well as English. Zazie began appearing on community and local stage in her early days. In grade school, she discovered acting and became a professional actor. Zendaya is able to achieve the famed Disney Channel breakthrough role Zendaya has a great dance talent. The actor and dancer got a breakout role in the year 2010 when she was paired along with Bella Thorne as Rocky Blue on the TV show "Shake It Up". Zendaya's love of eating meat began at the age of 11 after she visited a local slaughterhouse during an excursion with her father. She told PEOPLE, "I thought it was awful, all those animals getting packed up inside the slaughterhouse, in a cage waiting to be killed. It was shocking to think that's the way I'd been getting my food!" Since then, she has been on an all-vegan diet.
